Monday We travel to Llandrindod Wells.
Tuesday Enjoy a day visiting the Victorian seaside resort of Aberystwyth, which is home to lovely beaches and pleasant promenade. Later this afternoon we board the Rheidol Railway, for a scenic journey through the stunning Rheidol Valley, as its climbs 700ft from Aberystwyth to Devil’s Bridge. Opened in 1902, it is the finest way to explore the valley.
Wednesday Today we enjoy a visit to the famous Elan Valley to view the amazing Victorian dams which form five magnificent man-made lakes. During our circular tour we will be accompanied by a Park Ranger. We will return to Llandrindod Wells and enjoy the afternoon at leisure to explore.
Thursday Enjoy a day visiting the thriving market town of Brecon. The town is home to compact streets, Georgian facades and 12th century cathedral. We will include a relaxing canal cruise, through a canal lock and over an aqueduct above the River Usk.
Friday We depart after breakfast and return home.
