Designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city of Liverpool is home to more listed buildings than any city outside of London.
Monday We travel to Liverpool.
Tuesday Following breakfast, we enjoy a guided tour of Liverpool, before continuing to Port Sunlight. The village of Port Sunlight was founded by ‘Soap King’ William Hesketh Lever in 1888. The village was built to house Lever’s ‘Sunlight Soap’ workers, but today is home to a fascinating museum, beautiful architecture, stunning parkland and a thriving community. We will include entrance to the museum and a guided tour by coach.
Wednesday Today we enjoy a visit to Southport. The classic resort of Southport is the perfect destination for a relaxing excursion with beautiful beaches, great attractions and superb shopping. It is also home to one of the oldest piers in the UK, stretching proudly across Southport beach.
Thursday Enjoy a day at leisure or we may offer an optional excursion (charge applicable). Your driver will provide you with further information.
Friday We depart after breakfast and return home.
