Saturday We travel to Weymouth.
Sunday Today we enjoy a day at leisure.
Monday Today we visit Bournemouth. The largest resort in Dorset, Bournemouth is renowned for its seven miles of golden beaches and award winning parks and gardens.
Tuesday Following breakfast, we enjoy an excursion to Wareham and Swanage. Wareham is a curious and fascinating town, whilst Victorian Swanage captures the true essence of a traditional British seaside holiday.
Wednesday Today we enjoy a visit to Dorchester and Bridport. The thriving market town of Dorchester has famous connections with Thomas Hardy. The historic market town of Bridport is a vibrant and colourful town set amongst the West Dorset Hills.
Thursday Following breakfast, we enjoy a visit to the nearby Abbotsbury Swannery, the worlds only managed colony of nesting mute swans. Spread over 25 acres located on the dramatic Dorset coast, the Swannery was established by Benedictine Monks in 1040, and is now one of Dorset’s most popular wildlife sites. We return to Weymouth with the afternoon free.
Friday Enjoy a day at leisure or we may offer an optional excursion (charge applicable). Your driver will provide you with further information.
Saturday We depart after breakfast and return home.
The Berkeley Hotel is an original Georgian listed building, in the historic town of Weymouth with stunning views of Weymouth Bay, across to Portland Harbour and the rugged Dorset cliffs. All bedrooms are en-suite with television and tea/coffee making facilities. Additional facilities include a lounge, bar with dance floor and restaurant.
