Monday We travel to Cliftonville.
Tuesday Following breakfast, we include a visit to Broadstairs and Ramsgate. With the only Royal harbour in the country, Ramsgate is a delight to visit and lots to explore. Whilst, Broadstairs is a resort full of charm, offering a cliff top promenade.
Wednesday Today we enjoy a visit to Herne Bay and Whitstable. For those in search of traditional seaside magic, you will find it in Herne Bay, a friendly seaside town, with two miles of seafront. Famous for its oysters, and dubbed the Pearl of Kent, Whitstable is like no other town by the sea. Its traditional charms, strong arts culture and rich maritime history complement Whitstable’s modern appeal with lots to see including the pleasant harbour.
Thursday Today we head inland and enjoy a visit to the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. Once one of medieval Europe’s great places of pilgrimages, explore the cobbled streets and hidden gems of this world-famous cathedral city.
Friday We depart after breakfast and return home.
The Smith’s Court Hotel is situated on the clifftop of Cliftonville and is an independent family run hotel. All bedrooms are en-suite with bath or shower, television, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. Additional facilities include a lounge bar and restaurant with views of the sea. Lift to all floors with steps to the entrance of the hotel and some bedrooms. Ramp access at the rear of the hotel.
